The fact is communities on the margins–communities of color, low-income communities– they’re harmed first and most by this unfolding crisis and we need to act quickly and seriously. That’s what the IPCC said a few weeks back and indeed this report right now reiterates and reemphasizes that point.–Dr. Michael Dorsey
