How County Health Rankings Can Improve Health

Last Friday, April 4, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation held a Google+ Hangout to explore how the 2014 County Health Rankings can be used to promote healthy communities. Joint Center Health Policy Institute Vice President and Director, Dr. Brian Smedley was featured as an expert panelist, and discussed why County Health Rankings are critical to understanding the importance of place as an upstream driver of health. #PLACEMATTERS
